Year 4 trip to Wells Cathedral
We went to Wells Cathedral on a school trip. There was a special
candle holder in the hallway. When people go past the candle holder they can light a candle themselves. We took the School banner to Wells Cathedral to represent St
John’s School at the Year 4 Pilgrimage service.
We were given a special Pilgrimage candle to take back to school.
Mrs Caudwell led the collective worship at school and talked about God and pilgrims and Yr 4’s own ‘pilgrimage’ to their next school, and lit our special Pilgrimage candle.
