* Mrs Moss is on maternity leave and Mrs Sheila Hand is covering her absence. She will teach Oak and Fir alternate Thursdays, releasing Miss Griffiths and Mrs Simenton for management tasks.

** Mrs Moore will teach each Thursday morning to give Miss Wilmshurst additional preparation time during her first year of teaching.

 

 

 

Mrs Lindy McCaffrey is providing administrative support for Ms Bolton (Deputy Headteacher/Special Educational Needs Coordinator), in addition to working with small groups in Year Four and individual children, Sunshine (good start to the day) group and leading our nurture programme.

Ms Jan Mill also works in the afternoon nurture group.

 

 

 

Mrs Jane Butler-Stroud is providing some whole class PPA (Planning, Preparation and Assessment) cover for teachers across the school, as well as running EAL (English as an additional language) groups and Sunshine (good start to the day) group.

Mrs Karen Tizard is working with small groups in Years Three, runs Silver Planet Club (lunchtime nurture provision) and provides whole class PPA cover for teachers across the school, largely through creative enrichment projects with Mrs Lizzy Oakley and Mrs Yvette Pitman.

 

 

 

Mrs Tina Meldon works alongside teachers in the ICT suite, providing technical as well as learning support, supports groups of children in Year Three and runs Silver Planet Club (lunchtime nurture provision).

 

 

 

Mrs Helen Harflett, Mrs Tracey Nunns, Miss Michelle O’Loughlin, Mrs Lisa Porter and Mrs Kirstie Snelgrove all work with individual children and occasionally small groups.

Mrs Tracy Nunns is in charge of First Aid at lunchtimes.

 

 

 

Mr Matt Croucher and Ms Vicky Leak are sports coaches providing whole class PPA cover on Mondays and Tuesday mornings to children in all years but mainly Years One to Four.

Mr Guy Barrow provides cricket coaching and Mr Paul Lovatt provides rugby coaching for children in Years Three and Four during the year.

 

 

 

Mr Hywel Jenkins teaches strings to all of Year Four.

Mr Marc Bendell provides group drumming tuition for children in Years Three and Four.

Mrs Ann Burgess, Mrs Kath Cooper and Ms Helen Ottaway provide individual piano tuition for children in Years Three and Four.

 

 

 

Mrs Jan Smith (secretary), Mrs Alison Lockyer (receptionist) and Mrs Annette Banks (school meals) make up our admin team.

 

 

 

Mr Steve Riches (site manager), Miss Debbie Berry, Mrs Sally Websdale and Mrs Val Withey (cleaners) make up our premises team.

 

 

 

Miss Joy Book and Mrs Sally Websdale make up our crossing patrol team. There is currently one vacancy.
