Egyptian Day 2007

 

 

To finish off our history topic about Ancient Egypt Year 3 held an Egyptian Day. All the children and staff had to dress as Egyptians for the day. Throughout the day the children made honey cakes, canopic jars and a hieroglyphic translator. During the afternoon they made book marks and attempted a variety of Egyptian puzzles.

 

 

As you can see, all the children, even Mr B, looked amazing and spent a lot of time and effort on their costume.
